| 摘 要： | 本文从分析国民待遇原则的内容入手，阐述了市场经济条件下正确实行国民待遇原则与完善我国涉外经济立法之间的关系，指出了我国在涉外经济立法方面存在的主要缺陷，并就如何完善我国的涉外经济立法提出了有益的建议，即建立统一的外商投资法，实现内外资企业经济法律的完全统一。

| Abstract: | Starting with an analysis of the content of the principles of national treatment, the article expounds on the relationship between the proper implementation of the principles of national treatment and the perfection of the legislation of foreign economic relations in China under the conditions of market economy. It points out the principal drawbacks existing in the legislation of foreign economic relations in China and puts forward constructive proposals for the perfection of laws governing business relations with foreigners in China, i.e. the establishment of a universal foreign investment law for the final unification of economic laws concerning Chinese and foreign enterprises in China. |
