| 摘 要： | 作为生命健康权的自然延伸和重要保障,医疗权包括医疗资源分配权、医疗照顾权、紧急救治权和医疗知情同意权四个方面内容,同时具有基本性、派生性和救济性三个特征。医疗权根源于人的生物自然性、主体性和社会关系性原则。我国应进一步加强对公民医疗权的法律保障。
