| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村和谐文化是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务,对农村经济社会的全面发展和全面实现小康社会有着重要意义。同时它也是个系统工程,必须从教育机制、管理机制、投入机制、人才机制、服务机制等方面提供制度性保障,从而推动社会主义新农村和谐文化建设不断向前发展。

| Abstract: | Building harmonious culture of socialist new countryside is a important task for building socialist harmonious society, which will produce important significance to development of rural economy and society and the full realization of comprehensive well-off society. At the same time,it is also a systematical project, we must provide systematical protection with educational mechanism, management mechanism,investmental mechanism,personnel mechanism, service system and so on, so as to promote constant advancement of harmonious cultural construction in new socialist countryside. |
