摘    要:本文研究信托公司人员效率及员工结构对效率的影响。首先采用SBM超效率模型对信托公司人员效率进行分析,在此基础上用Tobit回归分析人员结构对效率的影响,发现人员总数与人员效率之间存在较弱的负相关关系,而硕士以上人员占比、信托业务人员占比以及中年人员占比三项员工分布对人员效率影响显著,并由此分析了我国信托公司人员现状及存在的问题,提出提升我国信托公司人员效率、改善人员结构的对策建议。

An Empirical Analysis on the Influence of the Personnel Structure of Trust Companies on the Efficiency of Personnel in China
Abstract:In this paper,we study the impact of employees structure to its efficiency and the staff efficiency itself in trust company. First,we analyze the staff efficiency of trust company by SBM Super-efficiency Model. Furthermore ,we find that there is a weak nega-tive correlation between the total number of employee and its efficiency in trust companies by using Tobit Regression Analysis on the impact of employees structure to the efficiency. In addition ,we also find that there exist three factors significantly affecting the effi-ciency in trust companies,such as the ratio of the employees who hold master degree or above to the total employees,the number of staff for business development, and also the ratio of middle-aged personnel to the total number. Based on previous study,this paper gives proper suggestions to improve the staff structure and efficiency by further investigating the existing problems in trust companies.
