论学校体育优势在全民健身运动中的作用

目前 ,我国全民健身运动正蓬勃发展 ,但是 ,场地短缺和无人指导锻炼在很大程度上制约着社区居民健身运动的发展。通过开放学校的体育场馆可以解决目前全民健身中的场地缺乏问题 ,并可为学校在不影响正常体育教学的前提下谋求一定的经济效益 ;发挥学校体育教师的专业优势 ,充当社区体育指导员 ,促进社区居民健身活动的开展 ,有利于社区精神文明的建设 ,赢得良好的社会效益

Nowadays,general physical training activities are being carried out vigorously all over the country.However,the shortage of gymnasiums and instructors has limited the development to a certain extent.This paper proposes to open the gymnasiums of college and university and offer instructions to communities without affecting normal teaching.On one hand,community physical training activities can be promoted.On the other hand,college and university can receive certain economic and social profit.
