民办高等学校病理的社会学探析

摘    要:针对我国民办高等学校在不断发展壮大的同时也面临着诸多病理问题,如:办学定位的病理、师资队伍的病理、学生的病理等,造成这些病理的主要原因是政策导向上和观念上存在问题。为此,必须从国家政策上赋予民办高校与公办高校同等的法律地位,同时,民办高校自身应有良好的办学定位,并把发展的重点放在提升教学质量上,才能有效地解决这些病理问题。

Abstract:In view of numerous pathological problems in the constant development of private institutions of higher education in China—the pathology in school-running orientation,teachers team,and students,the major causes were analyzed in terms of guidance from national policies and concepts.Suggestions were pointed out that private universities should be offered with equal legal status to that of public universities.At the same time,private universities should have a good school-running orientation,and put the focus on the improvement of teaching quality.Only in this way,can these pathological problems be effectively solved.
