| 摘 要： | 针对国务院、财政部和国家林业局大力开发政策性森林保险试点的现状,采用理论分析与图示结合的方法进行研究,指出了政策性森林保险市场性质研究的4个方面,描述了政策性森林保险市场的特点。实践证明,我国政策性森林保险市场是政府管制下的介于垄断市场和寡头市场之间的一种市场。

| Abstract: | In view of the vigorous development of pilot policy forestry insurance by the State Council,Ministry of Finance and the State Forestry Administration,this study was conducted based on theoretical analysis and illustrations.The article points four phases of policy forestry insurance properties and describes its characteristics.Practices show that China’s policy forestry insurance market is one between monopoly market and oligopoly market under the control of Chinese government. |
