| 摘 要： | 以 GDP 为核心的国民经济核算体系为衡量社会经济发展提供了一个较为综合的尺度,但是从国民福利角度来看,却存在不可克服的缺陷。3G-GDP 概念可以弥补这些缺陷,成为衡量社会经济发展的新指标。针对 GDP 价值指标的缺陷,探讨了3G-GDP 的指标构成和核算模型,提出了以 3G-GDP 为核心的国民经济核算新视角。

| Abstract: | The national economy accounting system with the core of GDP offers a relatively comprehensive scale in evaluating the social-economic development.However,in light of national welfare,it exposes its hard-to-crack deficiencies.The 3G-GDP that can overcome these deficiencies becomes the new index for evaluating social-economical development.In view of the deficiencies of GDP value index,discussions were made of the index components and the accounting model of the 3G-GDP.A new perspective of 3G-GDP-oriented national economy accounting was put forward. |
