论经济全球化背景下改善南北关系的途径

冷战结束后,随着经济全球化进程的加速,南北差距拉大,南北矛盾突出。解决南北问题,改善南北关系,是国际社会的共同呼声。在经济全球化背景下,改善南北关系的途径包括:通过南北对话,建立国际经济新秩序;加强南北区域经济合作,建立合作伙伴关系;缩小南北差距;正确处理人权与主权的关系问题;加强南南合作;发挥联合国的作用等。

On the Ways to Improve the South-North Relation under Economic Globalization

After the Cold War,the South-North gap has been broadened and the South-North contradiction is getting more apparent as the process of economic globalization accelerates.It is a common cry from international society to solve the South-North problems and improve the South-North relation. On condition of economic globalization,the ways of improving the South-North relation are as follows: to construct new international economic system by SouthNorth dialogue;to enhance South-North cooperation in regional economy and establish partner relation;to narrow the South-North gap;to cope correctly with the relation between human rights and sovereignty;to enhance the South-South cooperation;to bring the United Nations into play,and so on.
