| 摘 要： | 农民是建设社会主义新农村的主体力量。新农民的生成是社会主义新农村建设的内动力,是新农村建设的出发点与归宿点。新农民的生成需要外援的导引与推动,根本在于农村文化的内生,也就是由外在启蒙而内化。由此,基于内在文化的新生而以农民主体重构新农村才是建立社会主义新农村发展观的核心。

| Abstract: | Farmers are the main driving force in the construction of new socialist countryside.The formation of new-type farm- ers will be the intrinsic motive force for the drive of new socialist countryside construction and represents its starting point and final destination.The formation of new farmers needs external help and promotion;however,what is fundamental is the birth of a new rural culture.In other words,external enlightenment has to be internalized.It is,therefore,concluded that what lies in the core for the scientific outlook of rural development is the birth of the new intrinsic culture and the reconstruction of the countryside by the new-type farmers. |
