| 摘 要： | 针对各高校博士研究生缺乏创新能力的问题，对博士研究生培养体系进行研究，包括博士生招考质量、博士研究生导师的高水平发挥、监管力度以及博士研究生面临的压力等方面。以沈阳建筑大学博士研究生培养经验为依托，进一步认识博士研究培养体系存在的弊端并找到有效的解决办法。严格控制入学门槛，完善导师队伍建设，对不同的学生建立不同的培养计划，严格实施淘汰机制以及创建更加有效的激励政策等。

| Abstract: | In view of the inadequate innovation among doctoral students, a study was made of doctoral training system including doctoral recruitment quality, level of doctoral supervi-sors and students’ pressure. Based on the training experience of Shenyang Construction University, drawbacks and effective solutions of doctoral cultivation system were discov-ered. These solutions are strict control over enrollment, promotion of teacher team, individu-al training plan , strict elimination mechanism and effective incentive policy. |
