阜新市产业结构与就业结构的协同性研究

针对阜新市经济发展中存在的产业结构性矛盾问题,采用理论分析与图示结合的方法,分析了阜新市产业结构与就业结构的协同性,指出了二者间的不平衡问题,结果表明：必须由产业结构调整转型入手,使就业、创业与产业转型和承接互相促进,提升结构变动协同性,这样有利于实现经济与就业的和谐增长.

Coordination between industry structure and employment structure of Fuxin

To address the industrial structure contradictions in economic development in Fuxin, theoretical and graphic analyses were made of the coordination between the industrial structure and employment structure of Fuxin and the imbalance between them were pointed out. Results show we must start from the transformation of the industrial structure adjustment to push the mutual promotion of the transformation and transition between employment, entrepreneurship and industry. Elevating the structure coordination is beneficial to the harmonious growth of economy and employment.
