"十一五"期间韶山市城镇化的构想

韶山城镇化起步较早,但发展不快。目前,实现跨越式发展的主、客观条件充足,正逢其时。从韶山的具体情况出发,城镇化应有生态性、乡村性、肃穆性之特色。乡村城镇化的构想是为田园格式化、田间作业化、农舍排列化、农民知识化、生产农场化、流通公司化、分配均衡化、消费时尚化。实施韶山城镇化的原则主要是:城扩景护两无碍,城乡齐进相益彰,市增人数人提质,绿色红色永留芳。

Shaoshan township initialed earlier,but has not developed rapidly.Up to now,both the subjective and objective conditions for a great leap of development are sufficient and at the right time.In view of Shaoshan's specific conditions,the township should be characterized with ecology,village and solemn atmosphere.The conception of the township is garden-like pattern,field farming,village houses in order,learned farmers,farm-like production, company-like commodity flow,balanced distribution and fashionable consumption.The major principles for Shaoshan township are as follows:The extension of the urban area are in harmony with the scenic spots,the urban development goes hand in hand with that of the rural area,the urban population is raised with improved qualification,and the red revolutionary base with green forestation will be fragrant forever.
