| 摘 要： | 现代西方产权理论是经济理论界研究的热点之一,也是用于分析经济现实常用的基础理论,因此,在梳理其发展脉络、分析其主要内容的基础上,分析其合理性与不足之处,并比较马克思产权理论与西方产权理论的异同,对于理论研究和实践运用都会有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | modern western property right theory is one of the hot spots on the economic theory bound,and it is also used as basic theory to analyze the commonly economic reality.Therefore,through to unscramble its development,to analyze its main content foundation,and to analysis on its rationality and shortcomings,and to compare the similarities and differences between property right theory and the western property right theory of Marx ’s,that will have a certain role on the theory research and practice. |
