| Abstract: | In China,the accountability system is developing but at the same time the disorderly promotions of disgraced government officials are not uncommon.The disorderliness of the promotions is a problem of both the institutional flaw of the system itself and the improper execution of the system.The efficient execution of the accountability system relies on comprehensive,strict and meticulous standardizing of the principles,prerequisites,procedures and ranks for the reinstatement of the disgraced government officials. |
