| 摘 要： | 扎龙国家级自然保护区作为我国重要的湿地保护区,在管理与发展过程中遇到了许多问题,限制了保护区的可持续发展。综述了自然保护区现存的问题和保护区可持续发展的研究现状,引入利益相关者理论,分析了如何实现扎龙自然保护区的可持续发展,搞清了各个利益相关者的利益诉求。最后构建了扎龙自然保护区利益相关者共同参与下的治理机制,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Being the important wetland nature reserve, Zhalong National Nature Reserve faces many problems in its development progress. These problems limit the sustainable development of the nature reserve. This paper summarizes the existing problems and the status quo of sustainable development in Zhalong Nature Reserve, introduces stakeholder theory to analyze the achievements of sustainable development and make clear the interest demand of each stakeholder in the reserve. Finally, the authors build up a governance mechanism with the participation of all stakeholders in the reserve, and put forward relevant suggestions. |
