| 摘 要： | 文章以曹德和博士几篇较有分量的论文为对象，概要评述了他在“如何看待修辞学是否属于言语语言学大讨论”、“如何界定修辞学的目标对象、研究范围、学科属性”、“如何认识修辞现象中的内容与形式”等课题上的研究成果以及学术观点。对曹德和以索绪尔学术思想引领修辞研究给予了充分肯定，同时就应当如何理解索绪尔设想的“言语语言学”阐述了个人看法。
