| 摘 要： | 自从取消了福利分房的政策后,我国房地产业一片欣欣向荣的景象,房价一路攀升,引起房价是否合理、是否存在泡沫等之争。本文从房地产的性质和我国的国情诠释了房价上涨的原因,探讨了该行业与货币政策的相关性,从而提出引导房地产业健康发展的货币政策的建议。

| Abstract: | Since abolishing the policy of welfare houses,a prosperous prospect has occurred in China's estate and the house price has been roaring up,causing a dispute whether the price is reasonable or not and whether there is foam in it.The paper,from the estate nature and our state situation,explains the reasons about high house price,discusses the relation between estate industry and monetary policy and offers some suggestion to healthy estate development. |
