| Abstract: | The agricultural surplus-labor shift is the very important link of realizing the farmer additional receiving and the agriculture modernization, explaining the serious three agriculture question of small farmer society in our country effectively. Based on investigation and studies on the spot, This article points out that enlarging policy supporting agriculture, enhancing the organization sense of the farmer working outside, strengthening farmer＇ s employment competitive power, enhancing agriculture industrial production, developing the rural enterprise strongly, speeding up the construction of mid to small town and so on are the effective ways of shifting the agricultural surplus population. |
