| 摘 要： | 汉奸是鸦片战争中的一个特殊群体.他们或潜纵纷起,为侵略者刺探情报,或赤膊上阵,成为侵略者攻城掠地的急先锋.鸦片战争中的汉奸具有数量多、成分杂、分布广、破坏大的特点.清政府的防奸之术并不真正要消灭汉奸,而是为了对付人民大众.战后汉奸的处理也被打上了殖民的色彩,这是中国独立司法权沦丧的结果.
