从增长和稳定的角度重新认识可持续发展的内涵

自工业革命以来,人类社会经历了从单纯经济增长到综合增长的转变。可持续发展思想的提出,确定了人类社会发展的新模式。从系统学角度看,增长与稳定之间的关系对于发展是否具有可持续性有着至关重要的作用。通过分析发展的机理,明晰了发展与增长的区别和联系,探讨了稳定在发展中的重要作用,并在此基础上指出当前可持续发展理论研究局限于"可持续增长模式",而不是真正意义上的"可持续发展模式"。

A New Cognition in the Connotation of Sustainable Development: from the Perspective of Growth and Stability

Since the industrial revolution, the growth mode of human society has changed from pure economic growth to integrated growth. The theory of sustainable development issues a new mode of society development. From the perspective of system science, we can find that the relationship between growth and stability plays an important role in judging whether a development mode is sustainable. By analyzing the mechanism of development, we can clarifies the difference and relationship between the concept of development and growth, expatiate the importance of stability in the process of development, and point out that the current researches in sustainable development are limited to the sustainable growth mode, and are not the real sustainable development mode.
