| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年脂肪肝对血小板活化的影响。方法用流式细胞仪监测GMP140表达水平；脂肪肝的诊断采用B超诊断。结果64例老年脂肪肝患者GMP140表达水平为（4．20±1．42）％，而对照NGMP140表达水平仅为（2．37±1．70）％，说明老年脂肪肝患者的血小板活化水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论老年脂肪肝患者血小板活性明显增加。减少脂肪肝的发生率、降低血小板活化水平，有助于降低和改善心脑血管疾患的危害。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of fatty liver on platelet activation of elderly patients. Methods Measuring the expression level of GMP140 with flow cytometry;diagnosing fatty liver with Type B ultrasonic scanning. Results Among the 64 elder fatty liver patients,the GMP140 expression level is （2.40±1.42）%. Compared with control group,in which the GMP140 expression level is （2.73±1.70）%. That demonstrates the elderly fatty liver patients have a significantly higher GMP140 expression level than control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion According to our research,elderly fatty liver patients＇ platelet activation increase significantly. For this reason,the reduction of the incidence of fatty liver,along with the decrease of platelet activation are favorable in reducing the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. |
