| 摘 要： | 清正廉洁是中国传统道德对从政者的基本要求,它关系到安邦治国、能影响民风教化、能检验官吏"忠 心"、能保证执法公正。自古以来,清正廉洁成为判断官吏及其从政行为善恶的重要的、普遍的社会评价标准。

| Abstract: | To be honest and upright is a basic request out of Chinese traditional morals to the statesmen. This is because the Chinese traditional morals show that the pure positive incorruptibility has much to do with the steady progress of a peaceful nation, and it can affect the people's customs and culture, check the officials' "loyalty" and also make it sure to enforce the law justly. Since ancient times, honesty and uprightness has become the common and important social criterion to tell good from evil of the officials and of their behavior. |
