| 摘 要： | 中国林业建设已从传统的发展模式开始步入森林可持续发展的主要历史时期 ,森林资源及覆盖率快速增长 ,人工林建设成绩显著 ,重视生态环境建设 ,但目前仍属于一种典型的发展中国家的林业。本文对 2 1世纪中国贯彻可持续发展战略所要采取的林业行动进行了讨论 ,认为 :制定可持续经营的评价标准和指标体系、实行“森林认证” ,将是一种推动经营者实行良好经营的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Chinese forestry construction has stepped from the traditional model to a turning point of forestry sustainable development as forestry resources and coverage rate have increased rapidly,great achievements have been made in replantation and much more attention has been paid to the construction of ecological environment.However,our forestry is still characterized as the typical forestry of developing countries.Drawing up assessment standards,setting up index system and carrying out "forestry certification"will be the efficient measures for sustainable management of forestry in China. |
