论人际沟通的乘法效应

摘    要:所谓沟通是指人与人之间传达思想或交换情报的过程。人际沟通是公共关系的基本职能,也是人们在交往中时刻关注的大问题。提出了人际沟通的最佳效应是乘法效应的观点,进一步论述了人际沟通乘法效应的深刻内涵和重要的现实意义。为了实现人际沟通的乘法效应,在阐述沟通必须学会学习、用心灵沟通、用爱沟通的基础上,提出取得沟通的双赢,取得沟通乘法效应的六个秘诀。

Abstract:Communication refers to the course during which people express ideas and exchange information with each other.Being a fundamental function for public relations,close attention has been paid to interpersonal communication.Therefore,this paper puts forward the viewpoint that multiplication effect contributes most to the effectiveness of interpersonal communication,and then it further discusses the profound meaning and practical significance of multiplication effect.On elaborating that communication must be implemented with love,and soul,the author proposes the win-win communication and recommends six ways of realizing multiplication effect of communication.
