| 摘 要： | 《公民道德建设实施纲要》是江泽民同志提出的“以德治国”的方针具体化、规范化、制度化的体现。它吸收了中国传统文化的中坚儒家哲学的精华 ,尤其是对儒家哲学中公民道德的有关思想 ,而且又去其糟粕 ,是对儒家哲学的发展和超越。

| Abstract: | Civic Virtue Construction Implementation Program" is the concrete, standard and systematic embodiment of the policy, "Managing State Affairs by Morality", raised by Comrade Jiang Ze min. By drawing on the essence of Confucianism, the backbone of Chinese traditional culture, especially on relevant thoughts on civic virtue from Confucianism, and by eliminating the draffy matters from it, the Program is an inheritance and transcend of Confucianism. |
