| 摘 要： | 本文对中小学业余运动训练体系的若干问题作了初步探讨，结果表明：要提高中小学业余运动训练的水平，关键是保证少儿运动员坚持长期、系统、科学的运动训练。因此必须从本地区的实际出发，联合有条件的中小学，对口衔接，共同训练，共同管理，形成小学、初中、高中一条龙的训练格局。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we discussed a few problems about the system of sparetime sports training in primary and middle schools. We abtained following results : It was necessary to guarantee that the juvenile athletes would persist in a long-term,systematic and scientific sports training and It was the key to improve the level of sparetime sports training in primary and middle schools. And we must combine some primary and middle schools which have condition of sports traning to train and administer together and to establish the sparetime sports training system of a coordinated process in primary and middle schools. |
