| Abstract: | The mass' cultural work consistently face how to deal with relative problems between the social and economic benefits.Through analysis of the character,function and significance,the author in this paper thinks that the mass'cultural work is supposed to give first priority to the social benefits at present.Meanwhile,change concepts and deepen reform to effect the best union between the two benefits. |
