| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则作为保险法的一个基本原则，贯穿于保险法的始终，是保险合同当事人在保险活动中必须遵守的最基本行为准则。基于诚实信用原则在保险法中所具有的重要意义，深入分析我国保险法对诚实信用原则的有关规定及立法完善。
