| 摘 要： | 和谐是儒家思想中的精髓。在当前我国构建和谐社会的大背景下,进行高校和谐校园建设意义非同一般。在构建和谐校园过程中,需要运用儒家关于和谐思想的论述,从三个方面努力实现校园的和谐:一是校园的人际和谐,包括师生之间、教师之间、生生之间的和谐关系;二是校园的环境和谐,即校园的硬件环境与软件环境的和谐;三是校园的管理和谐。践行儒家和谐思想,可以达到实现整体校园和谐的目的。

| Abstract: | Harmony is the marrow of Confucian ideology.Under the big background of constructing a harmonious society,it's greatly significant to construct a harmonious campus,which can be realized by three aspects: interpersonal harmony,including harmonious relationship among teachers and students;environmental harmony,including the harmony in both software environment and hardware environment;management harmony.The target of a harmonious campus can be reached by adhering to the Confucian harmonious ideology. |
