| 摘 要： | 荀子生活在战国晚期，他持自然天道观立场，改造宗教神灵为“形具而神生”的身心和谐论；他最早从认识角度分析了宗教信仰的心理根源；提出了礼乐制度的人性根据。他融合儒法学说为一体。在探索生命终极价值和政治合法性问题上，荀子以“神道设教”思想汲取了宗教凝聚、提升感情、信仰的方法，但也使他的部分学说侵染了宗教色彩。
