关于社会主义新农村法治建设的专题研究

农村法治建设在我国法治建设进程中具有十分重要的地位。农村法治建设同社会主义新农村建设是紧密相联、不可分割的。本文从社会主义新农村法治建设的定位出发，针对新农村法治建设中存在的主要问题进行分析，进一步明确我国社会主义新农村法治建设应全面贯彻法治原则，在培育农民现代法律意识的基础上完善基层民主自治制度，健全农村法律制度。文章重点提出了加强社会主义新农村法治建设的对策措施，以期对推进我国社会主义新农村法治建设的进程有所帮助。

A Monographic Study on the Law Construction of Socialist New Rural Countryside

The law construction of rural countryside plays an important role in the legal process of legislation of China.The law construction is closely joined by the construction of socialistic new rural countryside.This article starts from the orientation of socialistic new rural countryside,aims at the major problems in the socialistic new rural countryside,defines the law principle of the socialistic new rural countryside in China,perfects villager's autonomy and advances the construction of democracy at the grass-roots level.This article puts forword emphatically the countermeasures to enhance the law construction of soclalistic new rural countryside,hopes to be helpful to promote the process of China's socialistic new rural countryside.
