| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了建设社会主义政治文明的宏伟目标。作为社会文化重要组成部分的大学校园文化 ,因其自身具有的民主、科学、创新、“以人为本”的精神特质和对学生潜移默化的软约束功能 ,必将极大地推动社会主义政治文明建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party came up with a grand target which is to construct socialist political civilization. Being a significant part of campus culture, College campus culture, with its features of being democratic, scientific and innovative and with its potential function on students, promote the course of the construction of socialism political civilization. |
