对人才研究中“高技能人才开发”的探讨

伴随之社会就业矛盾的日渐突出，曾几度在人才学研究中“火热”过的技能人才问题重新升温，并且提出了“高技能人才”开发的话题。那么，作为肩负人才培养任务的不同类型高校，似乎应有所甄别地理性思考并找到各自的定位。高职院校位居技能人才培养的一线，应实事求是地结合自己的特点，在工学结合、产学研合作等方面有机地实施高技能人才开发的科学规划，以构建合理有效的技能人才开发链。

Ideas on the" Cultivation of High-tech Talents" in Talent Research

The cultivation of high-tech talents has arrested people＇s eyes again as the problem of employment becomes ever-increasingly prominent. Colleges and universities, which shoulder the task of talent cultivation, should make rational thinking to find their own positions. Institutions of higher vocational education, in particular, should take a down-to-earth attitude, figure out their own characteristics and make plans for high-tech talent cultivation by the combination of industry and school, and that of production, school and scientific research. In this case, they can find an effective and rational way of high-tech talent training.
