| 摘 要： | 本文利用《中国现代化进程监测系统研究》总课题所给出的监测指标体系和监测方法,对20世纪90年代以来辽宁省现代化进程总体发展水平进行了实证分析。从实证分析的结果看,目前(2001年)辽宁省现代化进程总的达标率为46.08%,达标水平在全国还是居于前列的。

| Abstract: | Making use of the monitoring index system and methods in the general project entitled "Monitoring system research on China's modernization process",this essay makes a positive analysis on general development level of modernization progress of Liaoning province since the 1990's.According to the result of positive analysis,the general ratio of reaching standard of Liaoning modernization process at present(in 2001) is 46.08%,which ranks to the front domestically. |
