浅议实施大学生素质教育的途径

素质教育对于培养面向21世纪高质量、高水平的人才具有重要的意义.笔者首先分别从爱国主义、自我意识、社会责任感、成才意识、艰苦创业精神和节俭意识等几个角度出发,对目前大学生素质的现状进行了详细、透彻的分析.在此基础上,笔者呼吁要按照邓小平"三个面向"的要求,转变教育观念,提出素质教育应与理论课程、社会实践、美学教育以及校园文化相结合,采用多种方法、全方位、多层次、多形式地进行大学生素质教育,为社会培养出更多高素质、高水平的复合型人才.

The Way to Carry out Quality Education of College Students

Quality education of college students is of great significance in training persons with ability towards the 21st century. Firstly, the author gives an analysis of college students' quality nowadays in respect of patriotism, self-ideology, social responsibility, hard working spirt, thriftiness, etc. Then, the author calls for a change of the idea of education according to Dengxiaoping's "three-towards". The author also calls for combining quality education with theoretical courses, social practice, aesthetics education and campus culture. Quality education of college students should be carried out in multiple ways in every respect and at every level.
