| Abstract: | The development of social P.E. in China has the trend of the socialization, scientific, living, legalization and industrialization. However, there are some problems, such as, the lack of the records, the unreasonable of the age structure, the lack of the popular, the lack of the management and the unbalance of the regional development, which need to be solved in the process of development. |
