| 摘 要： | 我国中小零售企业进入一个新的发展阶段,迫切需要构建高效合理、运作有序的共同物流体系。中小零售企业共同物流系统应以绩效维度、企业战略维度和时间维度构建共同物流的三维动态模型,形成中小零售企业共同物流的主体模式,并以此提出中小零售企业共同物流运营管理策略。
