| 摘 要： | 教务工作者肩负着学校教学过程中繁重、琐碎的具体日常管理工作,岗位平凡而重要。文章在分析当前教学改革形势的基础上,提出教务人员在管理工作中必须以教学为中心,强化服务意识,通过加强学习,提高自身素质,提升业务水平,从而树立全新的工作作风的观点。

| Abstract: | The educational administrators are responsible for the complicated ,routine and trivial work. Their work is ordinary but very important. The essay analyzes the current situation of reforms in the field of teaching management and provides some new ideas for the educational administrators. The essay also points out that the methodology should service for the teaching only so that all the educational administrators should bear in mind that all their work must center on the teaching work, attach enough importance to their self-improvement politically and professionally so as to foster a brand-new working style in their work. |
