| 摘 要： | 从城市轨道交通的经济属性和投融资特征出发,分析中国城市轨道交通投融资体制现状及存在的问题,认为城市轨道交通投融资体制创新应该选择合适的投融资主体、模式和管理体制,设计出相应的投融资组合方式,开辟规范、稳定、透明、多元化的投融资环境.

| Abstract: | Based on the economic attributes,investment and financing characteristics of the urban railway transit,this paper analyzes the status quo and the problems existed in China's urban railway transit construction investment and financing system,then makes a systematic research from three aspects such as a macro policy,micro channels and related management policies so as to design corresponding new investment organizing models and create a standardized,stable,transparent and multifaceted investment environment. |
