| 摘 要： | 成人教育在促进经济发展和社会进步方面的作用越来越重要,提高广大劳动者素质和技能水平,提高人力资源开发的深度和广度,越来越离不开成人教育。本文对西部地区成人教育的发展进行探索,以适应经济和社会发展对成人教育的需求。
