| 摘 要： | 我国逮捕制度目的定位不科学,导致我国逮捕制度的整体设计存在缺陷。本文从实体预防类目的角度分析了我国逮捕制度目的定位存在的深层问题,进而通过程序保障类目的和维护人权类目的的分析,提出了我国逮捕制度目的的科学定位方案。

| Abstract: | The location of the purpose of our capture system is not so scientific as to lead to drawbacks in the whole design of our capture system.The paper,from the practical precaution purposes,analyses profound problems existing in the location of the purpose of the capture system,and through the analysis,puts forwards the scientific location draft for the purpose of our capture system. |
