现代文明与青年的生存困境

本文从阐述现代文明的特征、缺陷及其消极社会后果出发,着重分析了生活在现代文明之中的青年所面临的享乐、选择、就业、竞争、成长、情感、生态、精神这八大生存困境及其所导致的社会后果,试图揭示青年生存困境与现代文明之间的内在关联,阐明本文的以下基本观点:要从根本上解决当代普遍存在且日益深重的青年问题,必须致力于从深层次上改善青年的生存环境,使之走出生存困境,而其根本途径就是调整或重构现代文明。

Modern Civilization and the Existence Predicaments of Youth

This article presents the characteristics, drawbacks and negative social consequences of modern civilization and emphatically analyzes eight existence predicaments of the youth in modern civilization and the social consequences. The eight existence predicaments presented, such as pleasure of life, choice of life, competition, personal growth, feeling, natural environment and spirit of life, brings to light the internal relations between the existence predicaments of youth and modern civilization which further explain the following basic vien;To root out the widespread and worsening prolbems of the youth, people should make efforts to improve the deeper level of the existence environments for the youth in order to help them break away from the predicaments. The foundamental way is to adjust or reconstruct modern civilization.
