| 摘 要： | 信息化战争呼唤军事信息人才,军事信息人才是建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争的主体力量。信息化战争的对抗从根本上说是军事信息人才的对抗。培养军事信息人才,打赢信息化战争,有效履行我军新的历史使命,必须着力培养军事信息人才的"五力"。"信念力"是军事信息人才克敌制胜的内在灵魂,"意志力"是军事信息人才勇往直前的不竭动力,"创造力"是军事信息人才履行使命的根本支柱,"进取力"是军事信息人才建军强军的重要保证,"合成力"是军事信息人才提升战力的关键因素。
