知识经济时代一般性高校科研管理的创新理念

在科研管理工作中确立创新理念是我国一般性高等院校可持续发展的坚强柱石,这是由此类高校科研管理工作本身的性质与特点及其在高校中所处的地位决定的。知识经济为科研管理创新提供了机遇和动因,同时也对一般性高校科研管理提出了更高、更新的要求。文章结合安徽工程科技学院科研管理的实际,对改进我国一般性高校现行科研管理工作进行了探讨。

Innovative ideas for the management of scientific research in the knowledge economy times for regular higher institutions

The innovative ideas in the management of scientific research are strong support for the regular higher institutions to keep sustainable development.This is decided by the nature and special features and the status in the regular university of the management of scientific research work. On the one hand, the knowledge economy has brought about both opportunity and driving force to the management of scientific research; on the other hand, it has also put some new and higher requirements for the management of scientific research. This paper has taken into the consideration the actual situation of the management of scientific research in the regular higher institutions, and explored in depth the feasibility on how to improve the management of scientific research in our country.
