摘    要:在市场条件下,多样化的经济成分使企业职工的认识期望表现出差异极大的多元性、多变性、选择性与共同的趋利性。要应对这些新变化、思想政治工作必须拓宽视野、充实新内容;科学引导,努力改进方法;结合现代手段,增强吸引力。

Abstract:Under the market economy,the diversified economic sectors make the enterprise workers and staff's ideas pluralistic,multivariable,selective and profit- directed.To manage these new changes,our idological and political work need to be based on the following aspects:broadening our vision to enrich the work content;making more efforts to improve our work methods by scientific guidance;strengthening our work's attraction by modern educational means.
