| Abstract: | Under the market economy,the diversified economic sectors make the enterprise workers and staff's ideas pluralistic,multivariable,selective and profit- directed.To manage these new changes,our idological and political work need to be based on the following aspects:broadening our vision to enrich the work content;making more efforts to improve our work methods by scientific guidance;strengthening our work's attraction by modern educational means. |
