论少数民族本土文化传人的培养--以纳西族的东巴为个案

每一种文化,是一个民族世代积累的智慧结晶,而任何一个民族的传统知识体系、传统文化的传承、弘扬,皆离不开具体的传人来进行薪火相传。它既离不开大众,更离不开一个民间文化精英阶层,他们是传统文化的杰出代表。现代教育体制中对少数民族传统知识体系传承的漠视,导致民间知识精英阶层的衰落,而民间知识精英阶层的衰落,又加速了本土知识传承的中断。以纳西族东巴教祭司东巴为例,深入论述少数民族文化传人培养的重要性。

On the Training of the Cultural Inheritors of the Local Minorities:

Every culture is the crystallization of wisdom accumulated by generations of a given nationality. The traditional knowledge contours, the inheritance and popularization of the traditional culture of an ethnic group rely on its inheritors, that is, both on the common people and more on its elite who are the outstanding representatives of an ethnic group and its traditional culture. The ignorance of the inheritance of the minority traditional knowledge contours in modern education has led to a weak group of the elite whose decline has quickened the process of discontinuity of the inheritance of the local knowledge. Taking the Dongba priests of the Naxi nationality as the example, this paper expounds the importance of training the cultural inheritors of the local minorities.
