| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current difficulties and problems of China＇s university-owned S＆T enterprises from the viewpoint of property rights theory in the process of restructuring, and proposed some appropriate countermeasures. This paper pointed out that the innovation of the system of property rights is the key factor for the change of China＇s university-owned S＆T enterprises. |
