| Abstract: | The developing objective of villages and township enterprises in the hilly area of Sichuan was to liberate and develop productive forces, increase farmers' income, bring about the development of agricultural industry, rejuvenate county and town economic, push forward rural industrialization, urbanization and the establishment of the economic system of socialist market. |
