| 摘 要： | 分析实验室经费投入管理方面的现状;引入项目及项目管理的概念,并对实验室建设立项、设备经费以项目管理方式分配进行探索,使教学科研仪器设备的经费管理走上规范化、制度化的轨道,使学校的宝贵资金用好用实,逐步改善教学设备状况,为提高实验教学质量提供强有力的保障。

| Abstract: | The problems in higher education equipment fund's management model are analyzed.The concept of item management is drawn into.Some reform method for its experimental investment and equipment fund's management was studied.By doing that,the management costs of the teaching equipment can go with a way of standardization and systematization.The funds of universities can be well used.The condition of teaching equipment can be improved gradually and the quality of experimental teaching can be guaranteed |
